Download, watch, share, introduce, donate - help make sure your favorite girls (and boys) know how to defend themselves! And while we're at it, we could all use a refresh self defense lesson. Parents also make sure this or other information is taught at your local schools!
Check back soon for a "Here's to..." list of common sense stuff everyone should know, and likely does in some dusty brain file, but wouldn't hurt to be reminded of nonetheless.
